Welcome 002hau-164-edweb

Thank you for dropping in and for your interest in Homeopathy.

You’re probably here because you’re considering Homeopathy, so you’ll want to know something about the practitioner who will be treating you – that’s me – and the process itself. I hope my website will answer your questions but do please contact me if you have any questions at all.
I’ll be very happy to help.

Allow me to introduce myself

I am Iris Hay, a professional Homeopath based in the Richmond area of southwest London, specialising in family’s health as well as in supporting patients who experience side-effects from conventional medicine treatment.

I grew up in Germany (I speak fluent German and English) where conventional medicine has long been combined with complementary therapies and I have always appreciated that Homeopathy has an important role to play in our health and wellbeing.

In adult life I had cause to turn to homeopathic treatment for insomnia and anxiety at a difficult time. It helped enormously and it was thus that prompted me to retrain as a Homeopath, a career that gives me enormous satisfaction through helping and supporting others.

Although Homeopathy has been practiced around the world for over 200 years, I believe it to be more relevant than ever today.

Life is high pressure, fast paced and can be stressful, all of which takes its toll on us – physically, mentally or emotionally. We all react differently to the forces around and within us, including how we react to illness and the symptoms we present and it is becoming increasingly apparent that a holistic, individualised approach can be more beneficial than a ‘one size fits all’ solution.

Homeopathy can be used in its own right or alongside conventional medicine – it’s a question of what’s best for you. As a professional, my job is to listen, help you paint and then understand the whole picture of your health and make the best recommendations for you.

If you’d like to discuss how Homeopathy could help you feel naturally better or book a consultation, do please get in touch.
